I have Windows XP Home operating system. I can not open email attachments. However, if I open a Microsoft Word session, the attachments will open.
The problem just started. My guess is that Microsoft has defaulted to some setting that prevents attachments from opening.
Any ideas?
PS: I can attach documents to emails and send them to other users and they do not have a problem opening the attachments.
