I was wondering if there is any thing or any way I can put a block on my computer from downloading files from the internet. I use Windows XP and we have about 5 personal accounts, myself, bothers, sisters ect. The younger ones at night sneak on and download file shearing programs such as LimeWire and others. Sometimes they delete the program after downloading whatever it is they wanted- music, movies whatever...
I know you can set Admin. and put limits to some sites and things on other accounts but some of the accounts have they're own password which I don't know and they refuse to get any type of block on they're accounts. I'm tired of yelling at these freaks I call siblings and would like a program of some kind to block downloads if there is such.
