I watch a lot of TV shack and surf the channel.  It happened about 3-4 times already, after watching several videos a blue screen appears with this message: system has halted call vendor...etc..

After it happens, the computer turns on normally.  But when I tried to go to surfthechannel last night, it happened again. 

Does this mean surf the channel and TV shack is not safe?  What causes the problem?
